Arvato Financial Solutions, a global provider of payment and credit management solutions, sought to launch a formal key account program following an organizational restructure. 

We aligned stakeholders to understand current sales practices and crafted a vision for the Key Account Management (KAM) program office. We distilled Arvato's KAM strategy and created an implementation roadmap for success.
