Momentum ITSMA celebrates 26 years of distinction in B2B solutions and services marketing.

LONDON and BOSTON, November 15th, 2023

PwC, Tata Consultancy Services, Salesforce, OneTrust, CRB Group, Kyndryl, ServiceNow, and Fusion Connect are this year’s Diamond winners at the 26th Annual Marketing Excellence Awards from Momentum ITSMA. Taking Gold are Microsoft, Autodesk, S&P Global Market Intelligence, Fusion Connect, Dell Technologies, IBM, Ricoh North America, Fujitsu, Google Cloud, Red Hat, and Locus.sh.

Momentum ITSMA, a leading B2B growth consultancy and analyst firm, celebrated the winners of its 26th Annual Marketing Excellence Awards yesterday as part of its annual Marketing Vision conference in Boston, Massachusetts.

“Congratulations to all our winners – they truly show global marketing leaders remain as relentless as ever in their pursuit of innovation and excellence,” said Alisha Lyndon, CEO, Momentum ITSMA.

“Against strong macroeconomic headwinds in the last 12 months, we’ve witnessed game-changing growth initiatives and an outstanding array of programs to find, connect, and engage business audiences at all levels.”

Highlights this year include:

• A double diamond win for Tata Consultancy Services as it collected awards for Driving Strategic Growth and Building Best-in-Class Marketing Organizations. Judges applauded Tata Consultancy Services’ Diamond Driving Strategic Growth award for “good collaboration within the business, which was key to delivery. Plenty of detail on lessons learned, next steps, and tangible top-line impact”

• A double win for Fusion Connect, which is unusual for a company its size in a field of global, technology, and professional services leaders. It collected a Gold award for Driving Strategic Growth and a Diamond for Small and Medium Business. Judges praised the Fusion Connect team for “broadening and innovation of channels and disciplines using AI”

• PwC led a competitive field in the Advancing Thought Leadership category, with one judge noting, “compelling proposition, well-articulated, and sustainability is an engaging topic, which the entrant used well to define their credentials”

• There were two ABM categories this year, and Salesforce won for Embedding an Account-Based Culture. Their submission was judged to be a “well thought-through and innovative initiative that has clearly delivered business outcomes”

• Kyndryl won for Scaling ABM Programs, and their submission was recognized for “building an internal community committed to enabling the success of individual, cross-functional team members. Great mentoring between field marketers and senior executives”

• A judge in the Enabling Sales category lauded Diamond winner, OneTrust, for its “very sophisticated ABM approach and results”

• Rounding out the Diamond winners was the CRB Group, which took home the honors in Leveraging Customer Research. CRB stood out from the field, with one judge saying, “by far the most interesting award entry in terms of submission, both creatively and in the copy”

2023 Marketing Excellence Award Winners

The 2023 Marketing Excellence Awards honor outstanding performance at two levels – diamond and gold – and across eight main B2B marketing categories, alongside a ninth category that recognizes the work of leading top small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

The jury, a group of international marketing executives and experts, selected the winners based on excellence in innovation, program execution, and business results.
