2025 Momentum ITSMA Global Marketing Excellence Awards: Call for entries
LONDON and BOSTON, June 16, 2025
Today, Momentum ITSMA, the leading B2B client-centric growth consultancy, announced the launch of its 2025 Global Marketing Excellence Awards (MEAs).
The MEAs recognize marketing strategies, programs, campaigns, and individuals that have made an impact by embedding client-centric practices across an organization. For 2025, the awards include redefined categories and recognition opportunities, including Cross-Functional Transformation, Best-in-Class Programs of the Year, and Client-Centric Leaders of the Year.
“This year’s awards come at a time when B2B organizations are facing unprecedented pressure to derisk decisions, simplify complexity, and deliver measurable value,” said Alisha Lyndon, CEO of Momentum ITSMA. “We're proud to recognize the marketers who are cutting through the noise – not with gimmicks, but with clarity, confidence, and business impact. These are the leaders driving client growth, enabling smart innovation, and building strategies that stand the test of change.”
For 28 years, the Momentum ITSMA Global Marketing Excellence Awards have celebrated ambitious B2B marketing leaders who drive business success and gain greater market share. Last year’s winners included PwC, Virtusa, Kyndryl, ServiceNow, Fortinet, Checkout.com, and IBM, with individual awards going to Rhiannon Blackwell of PwC and Britney Bartlett of Cisco Systems.

Cross-Functional Transformation: This category celebrates a company that can demonstrate strong cross-functional alignment, putting clients at the center of their growth strategies, strengthening reputation, accelerating revenue growth, and increasing market influence. The client-centric initiative is likely to be a continuing living evolution.
- Client-Centric Strategy of the Year
Best-in-Class Programs of the Year: This category celebrates outstanding achievements in a particular area, based on the successful implementation of best practices to improve performance. This category includes the following awards:
- Thought Leadership Program of the Year: Developing thought leadership initiatives that stand out in the mind of the target audience, strengthen reputation and engagement, and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
- Partner Marketing Program of the Year: Collaborating with external partners to identify, develop, and accelerate new strategies to drive transformational growth for clients and strengthen the partner relationship(s).
- ABM Program of the Year: Tapping into an existing successful ABM approach and deploying it across a broader range of accounts, geos, and/or industries, to co-innovate and create demand across the organization.
- Customer Insights Program of the Year: Building on research (qualitative and/or quantitative) and actionable insights to inform strategy definition and/or program design and execution that drive deeper client relationships and accelerate growth.
- Sales Enablement Program of the Year: Ensuring ‘no daylight’ between marketing and sales, with innovative and flexible sales enablement approaches that focus on high-quality content, personalized insights and intelligence, and client-centered programs that drive revenue.
- Cross-sell and/or Upsell Program of the Year: Demonstrating collaboration among business leaders to develop consistent client experiences and programs that drive retention and impact client growth supporting cross-selling and up-selling motions.
Client-Centric Leaders of the Year: This category recognizes forward-looking individuals for driving an outsized impact in their organizations and acting as change catalysts. It contains two awards:
- Marketing Leader of the Year: Engendering collaboration among business leaders, driving strategic growth, enabling the next generation of marketing practitioners, instilling best-practice thinking, and having an unmatched impact on revenue, relationships, and reputation.
- Account-Based Marketer of the Year: Stepping up and marshalling resources to take advantage of a major opportunity or overcome a major obstacle. It could be a COE (Center of Excellence) leader, a person assigned to a business unit, region, or team.
Eligibility and awards
The Momentum ITSMA 2025 Global Marketing Excellence Awards are open to all B2B organizations and there is no limit to the number of categories or awards an organization can enter.
Momentum ITSMA will announce the winners at its Rethink – New York event on October 30, 2025.
