It was great to see you last week, as our London ABM Forum made a triumphant return after a three-year hiatus.

What a fantastic atmosphere there was, and some thought-provoking and inspirational conversations, as we gathered with the shared purpose of exploring the future of ABM in an ever-evolving buying landscape.

We embraced this year’s theme – ABM is not a one size fits all – throughout the day, with dynamic discussions from sales, marketing, and ABM program leaders from ServiceNow, Fujitsu, Cloudera, ARUP, Google Cloud, Kyndryl, Colt, and Criteo.

· We delved into the role Gen AI can play in ABM, exploring how it could offer scalability and efficiency to transform strategies and infrastructure

· We learned how strategic account selection, and prioritizing accounts with high growth potential is a vital component of embedding ABM into go to market

· We discussed strategies to meet the expectations of buyers as they seek radical change and solutions that deliver measurable ROI within 12 months

You can find a full round-up of the day, insights, and key takeaways here.
