Prior to joining Momentum ITSMA in 2019, Will was Managing Director at BBH Sport, leading three years of successive revenue and profit growth for the firm. While there, he helped Samsung reach their highest levels of brand consideration and drove brand reappraisal for Western Union.
Will has spent more than 20 years helping firms innovate, grow advocates, and drive revenue, which he developed in various marketing roles at leading companies like Nokia and creative firms such as Dare, Mother and Saatchi & Saatchi. His strong experience shaping go-to-market strategies that are media-neutral and integrated, have a specific focus on digital customer experiences. Will led the team behind retail giant Boots best ever Christmas sales, enabled Sainsbury’s to increase online sales through a content rich program, and helped develop one of Nokia’s first touchscreen smartphone apps.
Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Durham University.
