Dianne Buchanan is an accomplished chartered accountant with a wealth of experience encompassing various facets of financial management, accounting, M&A, strategic projects, auditing, and cross-functional business collaboration. With a strong academic foundation, she graduated with an M.A (Honors) in Economics & Accounting from the University of Edinburgh.

Dianne’s professional journey has been marked by her contributions to esteemed organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), Coca-Cola HBC, J Sainsbury plc, Aegis Group plc, and WPP plc, where she held significant leadership positions driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making.

As the CFO of Tusker Direct Ltd, a prominent private equity-backed company, she played a pivotal role in overseeing all financial, compliance, and legal aspects of the business.

Her role as the EMEA Chief Financial Officer for Mindshare, a renowned media planning and buying agency catering to blue-chip clients including Unilever, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, HSBC, Nike, and Nestle, underscores her ability to deliver exceptional results across diverse international markets.

With a strong background in both public and private equity-backed companies, Dianne has continually showcased her proficiency in financial planning, risk management, and corporate governance. Her dynamic leadership style and strategic foresight have been instrumental in steering companies through successful financial events and fostering sustainable growth.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Dianne remains actively engaged in various recreational pursuits. She is an enthusiast of Ashtanga yoga, skiing, mountain climbing (including notable peaks like Kilimanjaro & Base Camp Everest), and scuba diving.

Furthermore, she has participated in multiple marathons and half-marathons, dedicated to fundraising for organizations such as MacMillan Cancer, Tommy’s Baby Fund, and the British Heart Foundation.
