Momentum ITSMA has launched a specialist Professional Services Practice, driven by the escalating demand for professional services firms to win, grow, and retain their most strategic accounts through more effective key client programs.

The newly formed practice will provide professional services firms with access to best practice models, specialist expertise, and outsourcing capabilities. This comprehensive support will empower marketing leaders to design, pilot, launch, benchmark, resource, and scale their key client programs successfully.

Andy Rogerson, recently appointed Head of the Professional Services Practice, is clearly excited about the potential, stating: “Account-Based Marketing (ABM) gives professional services firms a golden opportunity to make their key client programs more purposeful, relevant, and vibrant, in the way that many tech firms have been doing for some time.”

Rogerson’s insight is rooted in extensive experience, having joined Momentum ITSMA early in 2023 when Grist, the thought leadership agency he co-founded, was acquired.
