Boasting 20+ years’ experience in critical Finance roles, Debs is Momentum Group’s Finance Director of four years, specializing in leading Financial strategies to facilitate our company’s ambitious growth plans. The largest part of Debs’ career has been spent in Design, Experiential and Marketing agencies, most recently at iD Experiential.

At Momentum ITSMA, Debs works closely with the CEO to provide the insight required to make strategic decisions across the business and ensure tight day-to-day business operations and a sound financial control environment. Debs is adept in providing leadership and direction in continuously improving business performance in a sustainable way. She has a passion for continuous improvement and legacy of creating and managing highly effective teams dedicated to serving the organization with vigor in a cross-functional manner.
