Lori Albano is a Consulting Director at Momentum ITSMA. Since joining Momentum ITSMA in 2019, Lori has been the strategy lead across some of our longer-standing global clients, helping craft differentiating value messaging and multi-channel engagement plans across both 1:1 and large-scale ABM programs. She also co-hosts Momentum ITSMA ABM training certification programs and is a Growth Hub Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Campaigns & Engagement CoE, providing ‘always on’ expertise and mentorship across the members’ community.
Her roots are in Southern Italy where she graduated with a degree in Political Science. Lori moved to London in her mid-twenties, where her passion for all things ‘communication’ drove her to start a career in advertising, primarily across pan-European B2C and B2B accounts, such as British Airways and BT Global Services.
Lori’s innate curiosity and ability to apply her knowledge and expertise across a variety of disciplines has made her career highly eclectic: from brand advertising to B2B, CRM, and relationship fundraising—and across a variety of UK and global accounts, spanning financial services, tech, telecoms, and non-profit.
