Key Account Director
Sarah is a Key Account Director at Momentum ITSMA overseeing many of our strategic accounts. She strives to ensure Momentum ITSMA’s team is aligned with our clients’ objectives and delivers relevant and proactive support across all our lines of business. Sarah brings over 25 years of consulting and relationship management experience, with expertise helping technology, professional, and financial services firms win, grow, and retain business.
Prior to Momentum ITSMA, Sarah spent 11 years at a strategic consulting company in the Boston area, most recently as Director of Client Management. She also has prior experience at telecommunications and direct marketing firms.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College, graduating with honors, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys long walks and hiking in the woods, DIY projects, and cocktails on the beach at sunset.
